AUTHENTICITY
All items are bought from COACH Outlet* Stores or COACH.Com or other COACH authorised dealers.
*Items from the factory outlets are not rejected/damaged goods.
For BRAND NEW item, it comes with Coach Care Card & Price Tag*. Gift receipt is provided whenever possible, but as we normally buy in bulk gift receipt might not be available at all time.
* Tags might not be attached to the item as the store includes the tag inside the item


TO ORDER

(Ready stock in Malaysia)

ii) We will confirm via email on the stock availability & send you the payment information. For ready stock in Malaysia, reservations will only be available when full payment is made

iii) Once payment has been made, please inform us immediately so that the item will be reserve for you and we will proceed with the packing & provide you the posting information (Poslaju tracking number, date of posting & expected delivery date). FREE Postage within Malaysia is offered for most of the item, unless otherwise specified. We also do international shipping. Feel free to email us for a international shipping quote (we charge on actual costs of posting, nothing more)

iv) Once you have receive your item, kindly email us & notify us so that we know you have receive your item in good conditions :)


(Pre-Order)
i) Pre-Order Stock can be either "Ready Stock in US" or to be purchase from the outlet/stores. Delivery lead time ranges from 2-4 weeks dependent on stock availability & custom clearance. Price quote is all-inclusive price (Including of Malaysia custom clearance by us.)

iii) We will send you the payment information. For pre-order, we will proceed to order only after deposit payment has been received by us.

iv) Once payment has been made, please inform us immediately so that we can proceed with the pre-order.
v) In the event that the stock is not available, we will contact you FULL refund or you can opt for alternative colour / style.

vi) Once the item arrives Malaysia, you will be contacted for the balance payment. Balance are to be made within 1 week upon arrival of item (after which we reserve the right to list the item for sales. Deposit will not be refunded)

vii) Once balance payment has been received, we will proceed with the packing & provide you the posting information (Poslaju tracking number, date of posting & expected delivery date). FREE Postage within Malaysia is offered for most of the item, unless otherwise specified. We also do international shipping. Feel free to email us for a international shipping quote (we charge on actual costs of posting, nothing more)


DELIVERY & POSTING 
Coach Loves Me prices are ALL-INCLUSIVE prices, i.e. including shipping, handling, custom taxes/duties & delivery to doorstep fees.

Shipment will only be made when payment is received Delivery is made on. every Monday / Saturday of the week, after notification of payment + delivery information is provided on the day before

Posting will be the preferred option. Cash on Delivery (COD) can be arrange with minimal 50% deposit prior to the meet-up (to avoid last minute back-out customers). COD only available in selected areas, and might come with additional costs due to transportation charges.

We will be using the Poslaju Courier Service for delivery to non-PO box address.
The courier will be delivering between 10am to 4pm from Monday to Saturday and delivery timing is not within our control. If you have specific delivery requirement, you can inform us & we will try to state it on the courier slip. However, please note that we are not in direct control of the Poslaju service.
If you have missed the courier delivery (signature acknowledgement required), they will leave you with a courier slip. Simply call them quoting the tracking number for 2nd delivery attempt free of charge.

*Kindly note that slight delays in delivery is not within our control as the shipment could be delayed due to high volume at the postal office.

REFUND POLICY

No cancellations can be made once deal is finalized.
No exchange/refund for items, unless it is different from what we have described.

A full refund of the product paid will be made if:
-The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.
-The item is determined to not be authentic. (Rest assured it won't be the case)
